Can I Send Just One Item Locally

Yes, this service is for every local person that has a buiesness or just simply selling locally on facebook and needs a reliable collection and delivery service, no matter if your sending one item or 20 items



Do I Need A Address Label

No it's not really needed, but you should write the address clearly on the package which will help me a great deal specially where I am collecting and delivering multi packages, if your booking the 1-3 hours delivery or after 6pm delivery, then no label is required as delivery takes place straight after collection



Do You Collect 365 Days A Year

​No collection or delivery on Christmas Day, but all other dates including bank holidays, I will collect and deliver



How Do I Get Proof Of Delivery

You will get an email notification as soon as delivery has taken place, which will have photo proof, gps proof and real time live map proof of delivery, you will also get either an email or sms message with tracking link when your package or packages are ready to be delivered



Do I Need A Account To Book With You

No you don't, you can be a guest that is not an problem, but, I want to have a feature in place as soon as possible where you can track your booking live within your account, manage your past bookings and book in advance, this feature is not set up yet, but will be as soon as possible

How Do I Track My Delivery

You will get an email and sms notification on collection ETA with live tracking and when collection has taken place, you can use that same link to follow your delivery in real time

Can I Send Package Outside Your Zone

​Yes, up to 30 miles in total radius, however, the price for same day collect and same day delivery, is £5+ standard fee for going outside the zone with £1 every mile outside the zone, for example, delivery to Rhyl from Mold, £5 standard delivery fee for delivery within 3 hours, plus £1 extra for each mile outside the zone, Mold to Rhyl is 26 miles, total £31 for same day collection and same day delivery (delivery up to 3 hours after collection)

I Run A Business That Deliveries Food / Shopping, Can You Help Deliver If I Needed The Help

​Yes, the rate per delivery I will charge is £2.50 per order, no matter what time, even in the evenings 7 days a week between 7am - 11pm, if you need or require help to deliver food packages, shopping or drinks then I will be happy to help you, just get in touch with me

Do I Have To Pay Per Booking Or Can I Pay At The End Of The Day

For your first four weeks of booking, your payment does need to be made per booking, This is for you and myself, where you get a reliable collection and delivery service for your customers and I built my trust with you, after these four weeks, you will then be able to pay for each booking either at the end of the day or on every Saturday, this has been set up like this so I get real collections for delivery and I build my trust with you where you get a honest service

How Do I Book & Pay For Letters / Large Letters

Submit your booking as normal, for letters and large letters, it is cash upon collection only, when you book, I will come and collect, does not matter if your sending one letter or 50 letters, I will collect and then go and deliver, simply, enter details, select documents and place order, this is all you need to do, it is cash upon collection or BACS Online Banking, other means of payment is not accepted for letters or large letters

We Have A Business Outside The Zone, Chester, Broughton, Wrexham Can I Book A Collection / Delivery

Yes, but, the collection and delivery price will depend on location, it's £2.50 for same day anytime, plus £1 extra per mile outside the zone, up to 30 miles, for example, if your buiesness is in Chester and you got a delivery to be sent within the zone, the price will be £2.50 standard fee plus £1 per mile, if your sending from Chester to Buckley then that is 10 miles, total of £12.50, your only charged from your location to delivery location, another example, from Wrexham to Mold, £2.50 standard fee plus £1 per mile total of £13.50 for 11 miles, if your  buiesness is outside the 30 mile radius then I apologies I can not collect from you, I have a zone set up as a safe zone, the extra zone for 30 mile is outer limit zone
